This may be off topic, but how come no one is outraged by the pork laden Iraq spending bill. If this wasn't during wartime it would be comical. Senator Byrdsaid that the war isn't the only critical need at this time. I didn't know peanut storage and funding for party conventions was critical. He went on to say that "The war shouldn't obliterate every other concern." If you want to win the war, it certainly should. Otherwise, we should leave today and not in 18 months.
